      I was trying to lose weight for my wedding and hit a plateau so decided to look into a personal trainer and found Michael. He gave me a nutrition plan that was incredibly easy to follow and didn’t leave me constantly hungry. He was also very quick to respond any time I had questions or just needed some motivation!       Michael was able to schedule me on short notice and gave me an incredible training session. I was in town for a business assignment, Michael made a great training plan for the day and was able to give me great advice throughout each exercise. He was attentive, knowledable and motivating. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting to get in shape!

      When I was looking for personal trainers in my area I came across 4 different ones and messaged all of them.
